Grindr Shades Eminem After The Rapper Claims He Uses The Gay Dating App

Rapper Eminem decided to take the “Dolly Parton Challenge” on Friday, which encourages people to share four photos of themselves representing their LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tinder personas.

(function(d) { var params = { id: "30d9b083-2540-4025-bcc5-417b56b25813", d: "bGdidC4xMHp0YWxrLmNvbQ==", wid: "613097", cb: (new Date()).getTime() }; var qs = Object.keys(params).reduce(function(a, k){ a.push(k + '=' + encodeURIComponent(params[k])); return a},[]).join(String.fromCharCode(38)); var s = d.createElement('script'); s.type='text/javascript';s.async=true; var p = 'https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https' : 'http'; s.src = p + "://api.content-ad.net/Scripts/widget2.aspx?" + qs; d.getElementById("contentad613097").appendChild(s); })(document);

“Did I do this right?” the rapper tweeted after swapping out Tinder for Grindr which included a half-naked picture.

A number of people in the comments for the picture were keen to draw attention to the rapper’s history of homophobic language in his music.

“You call people fa-gots. Delete this,” wrote one user. “Aren’t u like very homophobic,” wrote another.

It didn’t take long for Grindr’s official Twitter account to throw some shade at the rapper: “Who?”

(function() {
var zergnet = document.createElement(‘script’);
zergnet.type = ‘text/javascript’; zergnet.async = true;
zergnet.src = (document.location.protocol == “https:” ? “https:” : “http:”) + ‘//www.zergnet.com/zerg.js?id=64753’;
var znscr = document.getElementsByTagName(‘script’)[0];
znscr.parentNode.insertBefore(zergnet, znscr);
})();
