After blessing us with nostalgic hit 1999, Troye Sivan and Charli XCX have teamed up on another epic endeavor.

The two will co-curate and co-host the first annual Go West Fest, which will take place 6 June at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. The festival is part of LA Pride celebrations.

The lineup sounds just as queer as you imagine, including LGBTI artists and allies of the likes of Pussy Riot, Dorian Electra, Quay Dash, Leland and Allie X.

The event, named after the 1979 Village People song Go West, will also donate a portion of the proceeds to GLAAD, as well as local organizations.

Troye Sivan promises ‘a new kind of Pride’

Troye Sivan took to Instagram today to share the news, describing the event as ‘a new kind of Pride festival’.

‘Been working on this for months and I’m soooooo stoked to share this with you – introducing GO WEST FEST. A new kind of pride festival curated by me n @charli_xcx that celebrates the inclusivity, artistry, music, kinks, merchants, and creativity of the LGBTQ community, while really giving back to our community,’ the My My My! singer wrote.

Tickets for Go West Fest go on sale on 17 May.
