The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man allegedly beat a dog. Per police, 69-year-old Henry Michael Burg fatally injured the pup with a metal socket extension after the animal attacked his own pet. That dog had to be euthanized due to the severity of the beating.
Burg was arrested and charged with torturing or injuring animals. A conviction would result in his name being placed on the Niagara County Animal Abuse Registry. Sign below to demand that Burg receive the maximum penalty possible, if convicted.
